The classes are currently scheduled to take place Mondays at 6.30 at Cheam Park Farm - Kingston Avenue, SM3 9UE. New slots and times will be scheduled and made available via the book now button.
Whilst there is no parking available onsite, there is plenty of free street parking available.
There are no shower facilities but there are places to get changed.
Would strongly recommend that you bring lots of water and a towel for when you sweat!
Yes there are toilets onsite.
The warm up is an essential part of Zumba. If you are late and miss the warm up, you might not be able to participate, so please come early to avoid disappointment. If you're planning on attending as a walk-in - please contact us using the form below to receive a copy of the questionnaire and form to save time on the day. This form only needs to be completed once.
Zumba is a form of aerobic exercise, therefore it is important for both you and the instructor to be aware of your general fitness.
You only need to complete the form once.
